Welcome Romanian Client to Visit!

Recently, our company welcomed a Romanian client for an on-site visit. This exchange was not our first connection. Previously, our company had completed initial communication with the client and provided a first draft of the four-way intensive warehouse solution based on their requirements, laying a solid foundation for this in-depth discussion. To ensure an efficient and smooth visit for clients, the company"s reception team made preparations in advance. They not only repeatedly confirmed basic information such as the arrival time and hotel location with the client, but also formed a dedicated reception team of "technical experts + professional translators" based on the core requirements of the four-way intensive warehouse solution, with clear division of labor for providing comprehensive support in explanation, answering questions, and communication. On the day of the visit, staff arrived at the client"s hotel on time to pick him up, starting the exchange with professional service. During the client"s visit to the demo system, Manager Yan, the technical staff, provided a detailed explanation of the system"s operation and the differences between the demo system and the actual implementation system. Manager Yan also addressed the client"s questions from a professional perspective, answering their inquiries and highlighting the unique advantages of our four-way intensive warehouse. The staff also showed the client the assembly area of the four-way shuttle. The client could closely observe the internal circuitry and mechanical structure of the shuttle, and also appreciate the high quality, stability, and reliability of our product components. In addition, the staff showed the client the racking samples, focusing on the different thicknesses of the racking. Following the site visit, both parties moved to the conference room to discuss the project plan . A key requirement from the client was that the new warehouse be connected to the existing one. Currently, the client has an existing, operational warehouse next to the new one. In previous communications, the technical staff were unclear about how the existing warehouse operates. During this discussion, the client explained their existing warehouse"s operating model to the technical staff, where pallets and workbins are stored separately, and they hoped to move all pallets to the new warehouse in the future. After understanding the client"s requirements, the technical staff revised the plan while communicating with the client. Another unique aspect of this project is its diverse product range and high efficiency in inventory management. The client was hesitating about the number of elevators. Initially, our company proposed a two-elevator solution. However, during this discussion, considering both efficiency and system stability, we ultimately recommended a four-elevator solution . This face-to-face communication not only brought both parties closer but also allowed our company to accurately identify the client"s potential needs. Customers with warehouse design needs came to our booth to inquire about our solution, and our exhibitors actively explained the unique advantages of our products and systems.On the day of the event, the number of visitors reached its peak , with many customers visiting the booths to inquire about products. After the conference, several leaders visited the foreign trade product exhibition area to learn about the current status of the foreign trade business of various enterprises .By noon, the foreign trade commodity exhibition had successfully concluded. Participation in this exhibition not only garnered our company more attention and expanded our brand influence, but also laid a solid foundation for future expansion of foreign trade cooperation channels.
