Standard Elevator
1、Equipment structure
The reciprocating pallet elevator is mainly composed of the main parts such as the driving device, the lifting platform, the counterweight balance block, the outer frame, and the outer mesh.
The driving device is installed on the upper frame of the elevator, and is mainly composed of a motor frame, a motor and a transmission chain. The motor is sleeved on the main shaft, and the motor directly drives the drive wheel assembly. Connect the load platform and the counterweight balance block. When the motor rotates, the chain drives the load platform and the counterweight to lift up and down respectively.
The lifting cargo platform is a welded U-shaped frame, and a conveyor can be installed in the middle. It walks along the frame guide rail under the traction of the chain. The main components are: welded frame, guide wheel assembly A, guide wheel assembly B, brake device , broken chain detection device, etc. The broken chain detection device can activate the brake device after the chain breaks to prevent the cargo platform from falling.
The cargo platform conveyor is conveyed by double-chain galvanized rollers, and the guide plates on both sides are made of carbon steel bent and welded to avoid rust after long-term use.
The counterweight is composed of welded frame, counterweight, guide wheel, etc. Each counterweight weighs about 50KG, and can be put in and taken out from the gap on the upper part of the frame. There are 4 sets of guide wheel assemblies at the four corners of the frame, which are used to guide the lifting movement.
The outer frame is composed of uprights and horizontal tension, made of bent carbon steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic.
Except for the entrance and exit, the rest of the outer surface of the hoist is equipped with external mesh for safety protection. The external mesh is welded with mesh and bent angle steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic.
2、Hoist Features
1) The pallets and vertical and horizontal vehicles in the warehouse are turned around through the hoist. The hoist adopts a four-column frame structure and is driven by a chain to realize the rise and fall of the loading platform;
2) The main positioning of the hoist adopts bar code positioning, and it can be mechanically locked when it reaches the corresponding position to ensure the position accuracy;
3) The entrance of the vertical and horizontal car adopts a bell mouth design to ensure that the vertical and horizontal car enters and exits the hoist smoothly;
4) There are safety protection devices on the upper and lower sides of the hoist;
5) The hoist is compatible with both cargo lifting and vertical and horizontal car replacement functions;
6) The load capacity is large and the settlement is small, which meets the needs of direct loading and unloading of vertical and horizontal vehicles;
7) The top and bottom take up less space, which greatly utilizes the warehouse space.
