Onsite Strength Verification|Indian Client’s Visit Accelerates Indepth Project Negotiations

Release time: 09 07,26  Hits:0 times

This afternoon, our company welcomed a visiting delegation from an Indian client. Sales Manager Zhang led the reception, supported by our technical team. With professional and thoughtful services, we kicked off this in‑depth inspection and exchange.

This client is a prospective partner we connected with at the 2026 Malaysia MTE Industrial Exhibition. Following their initial meeting at the show, the client visited our factory premises to verify our practical capabilities for the four‑way shuttle‑car high‑bay warehouse project, and to push forward in‑depth negotiations for our automated warehousing project.

Upon arrival at our factory, the reception team accompanied the client to our demonstration warehouse area. We fully activated the complete four‑way shuttle‑car warehousing system to demonstrate end‑to‑end automated warehousing operations. The client recorded the demonstration of the model warehouse with their mobile phone.

Subsequently, the client toured our shuttle‑car assembly workshop. They got a close‑up view of the internal circuit layout, mechanical transmission structures and core spare parts of both two‑way and four‑way shuttle cars, and carefully inspected manufacturing craftsmanship and product quality.

After the factory tour and system demonstration, both parties moved to the meeting room for preliminary discussions regarding the warehousing‑space‑planning project for the client’s Indian factory. The client brought basic site documentation: their warehouse dimensions are 34m (length) × 21m (width) × 17m (clear height). Such clearance height is well‑suited for high‑bay shuttle‑car racking construction.

We also checked pallet compatibility. The client currently uses two pallet sizes: 0.9m×0.9m and 1.0m×1.0m, which are incompatible with the shuttle‑car racking system. Our team recommended adopting uniform 1.2m×1.2m standard master pallets as the unified carrier for goods inside the warehouse.

Our technical team further clarified the required rack operating aisle width according to site conditions to guarantee sufficient space for equipment operation. Questions covering space‑utilization rate, on‑site construction and pallet selection were addressed one‑by‑one. The client listened closely to our proposal presentation and highly appreciated our rigorous site‑survey capabilities and customized solutions tailored to actual project conditions.

This face‑to‑face in‑depth communication earned high recognition from the client for our more than ten‑year‑long R&D accumulation in the intelligent warehousing industry. The client showed strong interest in our high‑density storage solution based on four‑way shuttle cars, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

India is a key overseas market for our business expansion. The company plans to set up a local subsidiary in India within the next 2‑3 years, to better penetrate the Indian market and deliver superior services for local clients.
