North American Four-way Intensive Warehouse Project Delivery
This project is a cooperation project between Nanjing 4D Intelligent Storage Equipment Co., Ltd and a trading company from Shanghai, and the end customer is a North American company.
Our company is mainly responsible for the four-way shuttle, conveying equipment, electrical control cabinet, software and other parts, coordinating the project progress and meeting the requirements of the North American company. The cooperative company is responsible for the technology and production of the rack part.
This project includes two warehouses with a total of 5,012 pallet locations, 9 four-way shuttles, and 5 elevators. After 3 months, all equipment and rack of the project have been produced. Meanwhile the trial installation work has also been completed.

2) The packaging process is as follows. Considering the moisture-proof function for sea transportation, the interior is vacuumed.
3) Considering the long-term anti-mildew treatment of containers during sea transportation, plywood is used for sealing.
